A static IP Address allows you to host applications, games, FTP Servers etc.

By default all of our business nbn™ Internet comes with a Static IP Address as standard.

A managed internet service is where we supply you a CPE (Customer Premise(s) Equipment) and we managed the router and internet connection for you on your behalf.

This is not the standard offering, and is used for businesses that have more then one interconnected sites that need connections between all the sites to transfer data seamlessly.

Managed Services are provided as a case by case basis as it depends on the requirements of your business.

Choosing between Gold, Silver or Bronze support depends on your unique business requirements.

All our support packages include our Australian-based enterprise business support during business hours to support your business.

The difference between packages largely comes down to ETR (Estimated Restore Time) in the event of a physical failure, which are the biggest considerations for businesses with a critical reliance on connectivity.
